Shipping and warranty information
Shipping
All orders are shipped by Swiss Post. Our prices include shipping costs and VAT. There are no further charges for the customer.
For products which are in stock are in stock, the delivery time is usually 1 to 3 working days from the order date. As a rule, you will even receive your order the next working day if ordered before 12:00 noon.
For products that are not in stock at the time of are not in stock (availability is shown by clicking on the product variant/version/color), a delivery time of approx. 1 to 3 weeks is to be expected. In the rare event that shipping takes longer than 3 weeks, you will receive a notification.
Warranty and return policy
All products come with a 14-day “defect upon receipt” warranty. In this case, there is a right to replacement of items that were damaged before or during shipment. If a replacement is not available at the time of warranty coverage, a refund of the purchase price or an equivalent replacement product (at the same price) may be requested. The damaged item must always be returned.
In addition, we offer a 14-day return policy. If the customer is not satisfied with the product, we accept a return 14 days from the date of receipt of the item (date of delivery), provided that the item has not been used, is in original condition and has no defects.
Lightsabers
Swiss Sabers guarantees according to Swiss law a warranty of 2 years from receipt of the lightsaber on the handle including components inside (namely soundboard, speaker, LED).
The blade and battery are considered to be a useful object and can be damaged if used improperly. This is especially true for Neopixel blades. Due to this, blades and batteries are not under warranty (except for defect upon receipt).
Accessories
Swiss Sabers provides a warranty of 2 years from the date of receipt of the accessory item.
In the event of defects occurring after the warranty period has expired, a repair or replacement may be requested as a gesture of goodwill. However, Swiss Sabers reserves the right to deny this claim.
Cosplay
We can only accept unworn dresses in mint condition for return. If, for example, the size does not fit, we will gladly exchange the item if it has only been tried on.
