Shipping and warranty information
Shipping
All orders are dispatched by Swiss Post. Our prices include shipping costs and VAT. The customer incurs none other fees.
For products which in stock the delivery time is usually 1 to 3 working days from the order date. As a rule, you will even receive your order the next working day if ordered before 12:00 noon.
For products which at the time of the order not in stock (click on the product variant/version/colour to see the availability), a delivery time of approx. 1 to 3 weeks is to be expected. In the rare event that despatch should take longer than 3 weeks, you will receive a notification.
Guarantee and right of return
All products are covered by a 14-day "defect on receipt" guarantee. This entitles the customer to a replacement of items that have been damaged before or during despatch. If no replacement is available at the time of the warranty claim, a refund of the purchase price or an equivalent replacement product (at the same price) can be requested. The damaged item must always be returned.
We also offer a 14-day right of return. If the customer is not satisfied with the product, we will accept a return 14 days after receipt of the item (date of delivery), provided the item has not been used, is in its original condition and has no defects.
Lightsabers
In accordance with Swiss law, Swiss Sabers provides a 2-year guarantee from receipt of the lightsaber on the handle including the components contained therein (namely soundboard, loudspeaker, LED).
The blade and battery are considered to be useful items and can be damaged if used improperly. This applies in particular to Neopixel blades. As a result, blades and batteries are subject to none Warranty (with the exception of defects on receipt).
Accessories
Swiss Sabers guarantees a warranty of 2 years from receipt of the accessory item.
In the event of defects occurring after the warranty period has expired, a repair or replacement can be requested as a gesture of goodwill. However, Swiss Sabers reserves the right to refuse this claim.
Cosplay
We can only accept unworn dresses in mint condition for return. If, for example, the size does not fit, we will be happy to exchange the item if it has only been tried on.
