The blade: RGB or pixels?

This is where the biggest difference lies in performance and price:

RGB (“Baselit” or In-Hilt LED)

The LED is located in the handle and illuminates the hollow blade. As there are no electronics in the blade, it cannot be damaged.

• Advantages: Extremely robust, ideal for intensive duels and cheaper.

• Disadvantages: Less dynamic lighting effects and lower luminosity.

Pixel (Neopixel LEDs)

LEDs are built directly into the blade along its entire length.

• Advantages: Breathtaking, realistic lighting effects (realistic “retraction and extension” of the blade, high and uniform luminosity over the entire blade, high wow effect).

• Disadvantages: More sensitive to hard knocks and more expensive.

In short: For action: RGB. For show & optics: Pixel.

The grip is purely a matter of taste, but it is important for the feel when holding the sword:
